Ornate Monitor

The Ornate Monitor (Varanus ornatus) is a reptile that lives in the woodland, savanna, scrubland, swamps, lakes, and rivers of Central and Southern Africa. They eat insects, fish, frogs, reptiles, birds, mammals, and carrion and are diurnal.
